I am trying to see if there is a section of where you can keep track of what we eat daily. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
There are a couple of sites we use to track our food. Daily Plate, Nutridiary ... and my favourite fitday.com. It's free and you can link it here so that we can keep an eye on you
I'm using Fitday and it's nice to be able to put in all the foods you eat. I also use the 3FC Blog to just journal about everything... Just take a look around at different sites and you'll find one that best fits you!
Welcome. I've joined here about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I use fitday. You can go to your user CP and go to edit profile (I think). as you scroll down, you will see something that says fitday username or something like that. put in a username and it will automatically show on your signature. You can click on that and it will direct you to fitday.com it is free and wonderful. I use it everyday. I think it helps dramatically. Good luck with your weight loss journey.
