Thumbs up omg just weighed myself first time in 10 years
have just bought scales and have discovered that i am 231 lbs, i have already lost 7lbs since 2nd january, leaving 93 to go . never mind. onward and upward (or should that be downward, LOL ) keep strong linda

question... if you have only just weighed yourself for the 1st time in 10yrs how do you know if you have lost 7lb since 2nd jan ???

keep it up...... you will reach your goals....

a estimate. since i have been on a strict diet since 2nd jan (no cheats) i would presume to have lost 7lbs, my wedding band is also looser.
