I'm 5'0 and about 150lbs right now. With my weight and height I wear between a size 12 and size 16 depending on the cut and fabric type. I hate shopping for clothes, it's nearly impossible. My clothes have holes in them, because I can't bring myself to get rid of clothes that actually fit.
I've tried to lose weight in the past, never with a lot of dedication. I was able to make it through 2 weeks of SBD, with nice results. Unfortunately, I'm such a picky eater that diets with strict regimens often result in starvation. And starvation seems to yield muscle loss. So when I regained the weight it was even worse than before. For the first couple of months I am going to try "sensible eating". If that does give good enough results, then I will attempt SBD again.
Since I am getting married in October, I am determined that this time I will be successful. I've started a light exercise/strength training program. I hope by the time I reach my goal to have awesome arms, awesome back... and a stronger knee (my knee is currently wonky and refuses to support me if I move it wrong).
