Smile LA Weightloss Newbie

Hi,
I am new to all this blogging stuff, but have been reading these for a couple of days, and like the support system it provides.

I joined LA Weighloss last May and lost 36 pounds, was doing great, and then started working 12 hour shifts at work, and sometimes even Saturdays, and Sundays. Started a pitty party, and gained 8 pounds back. Since that I am back down by 4 pounds, and going in the right direction.

I've found that my problem isn't so much overeating, but not eating. I use to go all day and not eat, and then pig out at night because I am so hungry. I still struggle with taking care of myself, and making sure I eat every 3 or so hours, and get all my water in, but I've found as long as I'm doing that, I'm maintaining or going down, depending on my food choices.

Looking for others with similar situations.

HEALTHYANDVIBRANT ~ there are many people here that have faced some kind of struggle in their weightloss journey. There is a LAWeightloss thread on this site you might like to join. Come back and post often; you will find lots of friendly and supportive people here ...

Thank you for the welcome and words of encouragement. I found the LA Weightloss forum, but not a thread. I'm not so much looking for support from others on LA Weightloss, but others that struggle to eat right(which I think is most all of us).

How we get to our goal isn't that important, because we will all use a different route, but our journey getting there is whats going to be important.

Looking forward to making many new friends on this journey.
