weigh in thread or what but I can't find it. So, I'm down 2 for the week. At 173 now. I was there a few days ago so I'm glad to see it back. I had also just measured my thigh, calf, and belly on the 10th so I had some sort of reference. I measured everything today and I'm going to just do it once a month now. But, in one week I am down 1.5 inches in my tummy (my biggest problem), 1 inch in my thigh, and .5 in my calf.
