Well, I read about this site in a recent issue of People Magazine based on the success of several gorgeous ladies. I have worked long and hard to gain a massive figure which horrifies me. I had a conversation with my fat Dad over the weekend where we both confessed that we thought we were merely a little plump. Is this common...am I really fat and who is that I see in photographs? It can't be me!

But it is.....so here I am. We have terrible heart disease in my family and my Mum nearly died over Christmas from it so I have to get the weight off before it kills me. I'm also quite pretty and used to have the pick of the herd when I was thin. Now I watch Dr. Phil like everyone else but cannot for the life of me tell you why I got to be in this state. I guess I just love food! I have a long term boyfriend who I suspect is trying to sabotage me. On Saturday he devoured 4 dough nuts and two tubs of ice-cream in front of me. He needs to be careful as as I'm on to him. Does anyone else have to put up with this nonsense?

Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting lots of support, channel some positive energy and maybe even make friends.

Hey Rosie -

The great news is, no matter who is trying to sabotage you, what you put in your mouth is controlled only by you! So let him try to sabotage you...you're onto him and you're not gonna fall for it!

What sort of plan are you following? We most likely have an area for it, so look around and settle in. We also have chat groups by age range, as well as a lot of miscellaneous clubs - all very open and welcoming.

thanks! I joined LA Weight Loss and actually like it. Easy to do and makes lots of sense although I'm still horrified by the child size portions! I guess that's why I'm fluffy!

I told him off last week and told him he was on probation! I won't tell you where I threatened to stuff the dough nuts!
