Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

  • Sauce

    2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
    2 teaspoons butter
    McCormick's Key West Seasoning (Lemon, tyme, basil)

    Microwave for about 30 seconds and mix

    Flat Iron Steak (or your favorite) cooked as you like

    Top steak with sauce and enjoy!!!

    0 carbs!!!!!

  • I'm not into low carb, but I so love blue cheese - this sounds good. But wouldn't it be better to use olive oil than butter (even though both have no carbs, it's better to use the healthy fats rather than saturated animal fat)? Just a thought...
