I found you all a couple days ago and decided to join, after all I need all the help I can get. I am a self sabotager. I will look at something and think, "I really shouldn't eat that." and the next thing I know I somehow convinced myself to eat it, and then some!
I really need to stop this, it is driving me nuts and my weight up. Actually I put my foot dow a little while ago. 220 is the heaviest I have ever been, I have halted the gaining trend and now I just need to work on loosing. I am the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding and desperately want to look good.
