Morning all.
W 3.5
E just did 8 minutes abs, maybe snowshoeing after work, will need to shovel walks before I go to work, it's snowing now
E OP - got to check and see what I have to pack my lunch with, but it will be OP
D Need to focus

Was a little scattered over the weekend, YS had a tourney Saturday, up at 6, hubby and I went out after, did not get into bed until 2:30 AM, them had to get up at 7:30 for church. This after not sleeping well - up at 330 & 4 on Thursday and Friday.
So I have not gotten enough sleep or enough water, although was still good with my food choices.
Mom2 & Losing 4, I am on the black team, what about you?

well i feel alittle better that i saw 135 on the scale saturday. I havne't seen it since but thats because i haven't been drinking my water over the weekend. Hopefully once i start drinking it again today...i'll see it again tomorrow and i'll change my ticker.

Hope everyone else is fareing well.

WEED for today:

W- 64 ounces
E- 1200 calories
E- gym class tonight
D- keep focused on today.

Well, I too saw a low number on the scale ...... on Tuesday. And haven't seen it since either, lumi . Have been doing better on water, although not up to my goal yet. Jumped back on the treadmill this AM after taking the weekend off. Looks like the pedicure will have to wait a week or so. Still looking forward to it as a reward for going below 300.

W - 48 oz
E - 30 min on treadmill done
E - strictly on plan so far (even made veggies & FF dip for bowling - maybe nobody will notice )
D - Funny how good choices have become the norm rather than the exception!

Sorry 'bout your Boys ht . . . but WOW what a weekend of Football - drove down to the country and enjoyed at my Bro's Bar with lots of Family & Old Friends . . . Sundays games were especially exciting. I'm rooting for the Chargers now - really impressed with their guts & heart - playing w/o LT AND winning with the back up QB!!!

I'll be lucky to maintain my most recent gain when I w/i tonight - Beer Blasts are not conducive to WEED'iness . . . WEE is per usual - here's my "D": ready & raring to "get back . . . get back . . . get back to where I once belonged - GET BACK JO JO!!!!!"

i can't watch anything else til the probowl....wouldn't I love to be there for it. Nothing says I can't, maybe I should look into it.

Musictchr...I always say if i see a low number, then it really is there. Sometimes i have to be really good to see it again, but if I saw it once, i will see it again. Don't worry...just 4 or 5 more pounds and you'll be ready for that pedicure soon. I need to go get one done too. My feet look aweful from wearing open toe and open heel shoes all winter long.

Ht...i was sorry for your boys too. Mine got knocked out in the first round of playoffs last weekend.

Congrats Lumi, MusicT, and HolyT on the losses.

WTG MM on refocussing and getting through the weekend!

Maintaining is a good thing Aud especially when you are enjoying what is going on around you.

I had a good WEED day. Stuck to it all. My left knee is starting to bother me though. I think my knee is going over my toes when I do lunges. Any one have that happen? Any advice?

Tomorrow's WEED:

YAY - I DID maintain my most recent weight gain . . . is that too silly to celebrate or what?? LOL!

Coulda been a lot worse . . . trust me!

Made my WEED tonight - 'cepting for the upper body weights.

Careful with the knee grazie - sorry no advice 'cept for rest.

Grazer, I wiggle my toes when I lunge or squat, it keeps the weight in your heels, other that that, I don't know, can you lunge in front of a mirror to check your form?

JL have fun at th gym and WW! Good for you!

Aud, I agree, sometimes no gain is the bomb!

Musictcher & Lumi, I also saw a low number this week that wasn't there today, but all is well, it'll be there for good by this time next week!

Musictcher, so funny you are setting your goal for a pedicure, I am having a facial as soon as I am firmly in the 140's. Non food goals!! Good for us!

HT-sorry about your Cowboys.

I got on the scale this am, did not see the 149 I saw earlier this week, but did see a loss, am all the way back to low ticker weight of 151

Yeah....that sounds like good advice about the wiggling of toes. I used to have that problem too. The next day afte gym class my knees would hurt soooo bad. Now...I have to really watch my form. I try to make sure that when i am doing squats that i am feeling it in my butt. That means i am lowering my hips and not my knew. Just pay real close attention to your form.

I saw 135 again this morning on my scale so i will be taking that as my new low!!! Yay!!!!

WEED today:
W- 64 ounces
E- 1200 calories
E- gym tonight...upper body and abs workout
D- just one day at a time....

'Morning WEED'ers!

WTG lumi & mmavis - you're headed in the right direction!

Some gals at work & maybe one or both of my Sis's are trying to get a trip planned to Great Wolf Lodge (anyone else been there?) . . . DH & DD went a couple of years ago and had a blast - I'm thinking my non food reward could be THE SPA there for the adults?? It's kind of pricey but guessing I could put back my beer money??? ROTF!! (Kind of sux that my Bro owns the bar - so my beer is free when I go there for football!)

My WEE is per usual and my D remains getting back to where I once belonged . . . loving the Beatles lately.

Have a Great Tuesday/At Least It's Not Monday, gals!

well.....i see 135 on the scale so what do i do??? go out to lunch and eat at Arby's. The roast beef and cheese sandwich was not the bad part. It was splurging on the Jamoca shake that was so bad. A regular size is 500 calories!!! I can't find the count for a small one so i divided 500 by 4 and took 3/4 of that as the total. So instead of saying 500 calories...it came in at about 375. I can't believe i did that. Now i have to scale back the rest of my day in order to get in at least 1370 calories. Not a big splurge for the day...but a splurge all that same. I probably won't see 135 tomorrow. Damn! Why do i do that?? My boyfriend wanted to stop there for lunch and i just had to have something. geesh! oh well...one more bottle of water and i'll have my 64 ounces in...guess i'll try to get an extra bottle in plus what i drink at the gym. maybe that will help.
