Default Clothes Being Looser

I'm wondering about how long did it take until things started to become looser on you? I've been sticking with this whole exercise thing for almost 2 weeks now and I think my rings are starting to be a little looser, although it could all be in my head! hehe So I'm just wonder how long did it take before you realized something was loose on you??

Yesterday I put my size 9 shorts on and noticed that they fit. I showed my bf and he said I definitely looked like I lost some weight. =) ... And it has only been 13 days!

S/C/G: Lost 50 lbs, regained some

It took awhile for me--like about 15 pounds. But that's because my midsection is where I put most of my fat. I imagine it varies from person to person! Now, I'm down from a size 20 to a 14 (and hoping to be a 12 soon), and my rings... are just falling right off if I'm not careful!

Congrats to you! Loose rings are an excellent first sign!

I suppose it depends on the person, but for me, I always notice weight loss in my hands and feet first... Then slowly, the loss seems to move towards my core from my extremities. I wish it could be the other way around, though! It'd be great if I lost inches in my mid-section first!

I suppose it really depends on the person for this too, but I've only lost 2.4lbs yet, and I noticed that my ski pants were looser this weekend than they were last weekend. I suppose some would argue that that is more psychological than anything else.

Best of luck! Keep up the hard work!

I started at near your weight and was wearing my clothes kinda tight. I think it took over 20 pounds for them to be loose... but I don't remember anymore.

And I lost my wedding ring one day! Quickly found it again, but it is MUCH too big now!

Congrats on the NSV (non scale victory!) Keep going and you'll make more progress!!!

Probably about 20 lbs for me as well. Luckily, since I had a lot to lose, the twenty didn't take TOO long and I was buying a new size in about 2-3 months.
