Can't use the "just had a baby" excuse any more
Hi All,
I was at a "healthy" 175, maintenance low carb (after sustaining a 125 lb loss for about 5 years) working out three times a week. Then I had a baby. She is a year and a half now and between the pregnancy, a bunch of other stressors and just plain not committing myself to getting 100% back on track, I am a 100 over where I at least felt comfortable. I've had it and it is time to get my sexy back.
So, here I am. Back on Atkins and committed to getting back in control. Happy to have the opportunity to be a part of a supportive online community!
