Hi, I joined today, I found 3FC when looking for information on Gazells, and I love it. My story-- About 3 years ago I lost 105 lbs. Since June of 06 I have but back on 40 lbs. and I need to get it back off. I hope 3fc is the encourgement I need and I hope to beable to encourge others as well

jbar!! Look at it this way - you didn't regain 40 pounds - you have still lost 65 pounds.

If you are shopping for a gazell you are planning on exercising, good for you!!
