Hi all......just wanted to introduce myself here. My name is Patty and I've been almost whole-heartedly lc'ing for a year now. I say "almost" because the past few months I've been giving into cravings. Thankfully.....I haven't really gained any weight but then I haven't lost anymore weight for the past 4 or more months. Since last January I've lost a total of about 40 lbs. eating low carb so I know it's the way to go for me. It's a New Year now and I am really going to try to get back into the full swing of things again.
Hopefully I'll meet some new friends here and we can cheer each other along.

Thanx for the welcome. Plan on starting a journal soon. I've been posting in another forum for almost 2 years now but you can never have too much support or too many friends who have the same interests as we all do.
