you can find "smooth move" pretty easily. My dad bought it once. I think you can find it at GNC or a bigger grocer like Krogers. It may be with the laxatives instead of teas. It's pretty good though. I remember drinking it when I was younger.
For the Master CLeanse I just found a great site that gives you the recipe and info without having to buy the book. He also documents his whole 10 day experience. I dunno if it will post so if it doesn't just pm me.

As for the Whole Body Cleanse. You can get it at Walmart for 16? I think. I'd have to look at my receipt. You have a TON of pills to take but it's all natural, gentle, has good reviews and I can eat while doing it. I'm not really ready to fast right now with all that's going on.
