Default Hi from Oregon!

Hi everybody,

Just wanted to introduce myself so I can join you all! I'm Andrea. I'm a 43 yr. old mom of 6 (ranging in age from 20 to 4). I lost 45 pounds earlier this year following a weight loss program. I wasn't in a hurry and as long as it was coming off I was happy. But then I hit a plateau and after holding steady at the same weight I slowly began to gain it back! Then the holidays hit and I snowballed, re-gaining about 20 pounds!

So over the past few weeks I have sought out information on the internet and have decided to start a new weight loss program. I think I'm going to need some support from others with similar goals, so here I am, reaching out to you guys! I hope I can offer some support and encouragement to you all too!

It's so nice to know you're not alone!

Andie

Andie,

I guess we're all here looking for support because we're all in the same boat. Sounds like you know what to do you just need to get going again and the New year is as good a time to get going as any. Good luck.

Well done on the 45 lbs.! Funny how they can sneak back...sigh. This is a great place for support and good info.

I had good luck with the Sonoma diet in Feb., March and April, then sort of lost my focus. I'm back this time to finish the job!

See you on the boards. Best of luck!
