Hi am Tracy and I am 28 and from Yukon, OK. Since the holidays are over I am looking forward to sumer and the lake. This year my goal is to be able to get into and buy a new bikini without being depressed when leaving the store. I actually cried to a sales women, about having to buy a size 11, I have never been this heavy. I bought the pants because I had to have something to wear. That was a turning point for me I went to the local YMCA and signed up right there.

I am a member of the local YMCA and was doing great before the holidays and then I haven't been in 3 weeks. If they could call me an guilt trip me into going I would pick up and go right then. So hopefully I can get some major motivation from you all. BIKINI HERE I COME!!!!

Girl you can totally do it! Just go!!!!!!!
this is your eGuilt trip. you'll feel so much better about yourself after going. even if you do a "light" work out. something just to get yourself back into it will help!!!!! do what they do in the yoplait commercials and hang your bikini up in a place you'll see it.thats good motivation!

I'm soooo ready for summer again...I hate the cold. Always makes me feel bad and I just want to mope around. Hey, don't feel bad...get back in there. I work at the local YMCA and I don't work out..lol. But that's changing this week And I sooo know what you mean about buying bigger pants...it's not fun at all.

I'm really looking forward to spring and summer. Too many years have gone by where I have hid under layers during the warmer months because I've been embarrassed of my body. It's a big motivator for me lately. I keep picturing myself down at the Jersey shore and how much more fun I could have if I got to my goal weight. Just the clothes alone I'm excited for.

Can almost hear the seagulls and waves crashing onto the beach.

Thanks girls for the motivation! I am starting back to the gym today! So hope I am not too sore. I think I am going to hit the cardio for 2 weeks before moving weights back in. Hope all of you are hitting the gym for the new you!!!!
