I did a 9-day detox through the Fat Smash Diet. It consists of eating only brown rice, oatmeal, veggies and fruits, yogurt, milk, and protein from beans or egg whites, umm...I can't remember everything off the top of my head, but they have a group on here that is for the Fat Smash Diet and I think they have different posts about the things you can and can't eat. I also have a book and could email you what it says...if you want.

Oh, and during the detox I had lost about 8 lbs....I need to do it again. Makes you feel great too!
