I did not weigh in this week. I had a doctor's appt in the morning and would have had to go to the early meeting (7:15) which is not impossible (I went to that one the week before) and I opted to sleep a little later. Of course, the fact that I had a rough week last week had something to do with it as well! The tough times continue although I'm trying to stay on plan. I'm an emotional eater and the fact that this is the last week at my current school and I'm starting a new job after the holidays has made it rough going. I did a good amount of exercise over the weekend but also ate a good chunk of my weekly points. Yesterday, after the last yoga class (until January) we all went out to dinner. It was a really great time and while I did well on the entree (fish & asparagus), didn't have any bread, just had a taste of dessert and only had 1/2 glass of wine, I did have a naughty appetizer - "crispy" calamari. I've counted the points and am moving on. Of course, tonight is our school party (basically dinner) so that will be a bit of a challenge. I'm planning on having fish, having at most 1/2 glass of wine and will just have to watch out for the appetizers and bread basket. Wish me luck!
