Default New from Ontario Canada...I ramble...sorry

Hi my hame is Susan-Marie and I am terribly overweight and very unhappy. I dont know where to post on this site. I have health issues and food issues. Exercise isnt easy for me for the health issues. But I am so very unhappy and desperate for some help. I got a new dresser it has a mirror on it and when I look into it....hate doing that...never had a mirror like this before....I see a giant nasty looking whale of a pig. I even think my husband finds me repulsive. We're only married 4 years & 4 months. If anyone has any idea where I should post please let me know.

Susan-Marie
p.s. I am 41, have 3 girls & 1 son in heaven. Also I am 5' 3 & 1/2" tall no idea how heavy....at least 185 if not more. I did loose 26 pounds in less than 2 weeks a year ago in Nov....post surgery & complications from surgery.

Hi Susan-Marie, and

There are LOTS of places you can post. You may have some depression issues...if so, you might benefit from looking around our "Dieting With Obstacles" thread, in the "Depression" section. Even if you aren't clinically depressed, being unhappy poses different issues in terms of weight loss.

Otherwise, what plan are you planning to follow? We have different areas for many different plans - let us know what you're doing and we can point you to the appropriate forum. Or just post anywhere!

Can't wait to get to know you better.

If you have questions, there are plenty of specialized forums to post a thread on.

Browse around--we're here to help. You can be successful! I am about your height, and I'm much happier with the mirror these days. You can be, too.
