Hi everyone,
I have a quick question, especially for those who have lost between 50-120lbs.
Is there an issue with loose skin? I have been 220 before and got down to 125 (albeit a flabby 125 due to not exercising) and was cursed with loose skin. I ended up getting a breast lift because I didn't feel looking like some 80yr old woman from National Geographic. I still have 'bat-wing' arms which I HATE and NEVER wear anything less than a 3/4 sleeve.
My question is, was the 'deflated balloon' look solely from lack of exercise and too rapid weight-loss? (within about 4-5mo's) If I lose the weight with exercise, primarily weight training, will I eliminate the loose skin?
