You know, I see the holidays as a GREAT time to start a new healthy way of eating. You get the hardest season out of the way FIRST, so by the time January rolls around, things seem a LOT easier. Also, most people gain weight over the holidays - around five lbs! Being on plan will hopefully prevent that for you.
I don't know anything about the program you're on, but wish you luck. Hope to see you around the boards!
