Default Stubborn Body Parts

Anyone else have a part of their body that was a bugger before they were heavy, got worse as they gained and still drives them crazy now that they're slim?

My trouble spot has always been my thighs. I was a small, fairly thin child but my thighs were thick even then. 10+ years as a gymnast helped to change my thigh pudge into hard muscle but did nothing to reduce their girth. At one time I could do three one-armed chinups, but still had thighs that each measured a mere one inch smaller than my waist.

So I gained weight. Everything got bigger. I lost weight. Everything got smaller.

But my thighs are each still just slightly smaller than my waist. They are muscular, not fat--I can't pinch anything and neither can DH but they are still disproportionately big and probably always will be.

Sigh!

I'm far from slim, but I've lost 45 pounds from my stomach--none from the roll of back fat right under my bra. Can't wait to get rid of that.

I posted about this just the other day! I have a saddlebag on my left outer thigh (at the top) that drives me absolutely nuts. It is much bigger than the other thigh and really ruins the line of skirts/pants. I will be in spanx forever! I have come to accept I will always have a little belly - I think that's here to stay!

I've also had to come to terms with the fact that my belly will always be bigger than I would like. My only other disappointment is that no matter how much weight I lose, I'll always have very broad shoulders.

My lower tummy has always been THE trouble spot for me... ever since I was about 12 years old. Thankfully, with all the strength training I have done, my tummy has improved by about 90%. The final 10% sure is a slooow process, but it is exciting to watch the changes as they happen.

My saddlebags. No matter how much I lose, they never go away.

I have little fat pockets on the tops and inner areas of my knees and, while they shrink slightly as I lose weight, they remain out of proportion to my thighs, which slim more. I'm totally getting lipo as soon as I have the money! I also dislike my breasts, but I dislike them regardless of how much I weigh. Every other part of me responds well to toning and exercise. I'm very grateful for that!
