Ooooh, I like your ideas! I have a similar one about allowing a treat over the weekend if I exercise Monday through Friday.
This isn't exactly a motivator per se, but I find if I go every day at the same time (my gym has the best classes at 9:30am), I can just kind of get myself there on automatic pilot. Before I know what's happening, I'm warmed up and ready to work.
If you have the money, maybe a massage, book, album, movie, item of clothing, etc. for every X weeks you make your exercise goals?
