I just started 11/26/07 and am just about lentil and beaned out - so it was great to come across this site and to find so many great recipes! I like phase one and do not plan to add meat to my diet anytime soon. Has anyone been in phase 1 longer than the 9 days? If so, how successful have you been?
Hi, I just wanted to welcome you to 3FC ~ it is a GREAT place to come and sit and read so many encouraging posts and get to know people who are on the same journey as you. I am not on any phases or anything so I can't help you there, but I did want to welcome you here.
I know there are tons of great food ideas here ~ I have copied and pasted so many and plan on using them often.

WELCOME! What are you doing that has phases to it? I am doing the South Beach way of life and it has phases. Good luck!
4 skinny jenny! WELCOME I'm new too! I think it sounds like you are on the fat smash diet ! I tried it and thinking about starting again I just posted on their forum! It's under fat smashers I think .You can stay on phase 1 longer if you want to .I'm not sure how much I lost but I liked it. I didn't miss the meat .I like fruit & veg. I probably will start this Mon ! after the 9 days or so I didn't go to phase2 I just ate meat or fish when I went out to eat with my husband & then started back on phase 1 I sort of took the weekend off and then go back to phase1 . I hope this helps you ! my problem is portion control & exercising & 52 menepausal!!but I know it's not an excuse . I know I can do it!! I just have to work at it harder !! I am fat smashing it and have used a lot of great recipes from this site. I have noticed some changes in my body so I suppose I am doing well. My struggle is the sugar is starches - but I am working it out!
