Hi all,
I'm on day four of phase one. Any suggestions besides eggs for breakfast? Also, can we have sugar-free pudding in Phase 1? I ate some yesterday and today and now read that some say yes and some say no.......I'm feeling pretty good
to the beach!
elturban! Sorry, pudding isn't allowed on Phase 1.
As an alternative, you can have plain nonfat yogurt with a little SF jam or a SF flavored syrup added. Several of us really enjoy FF Greek yogurt with agave nectar and a few nuts, it's very decadent!
elturban! My DH is from WI too...are you all set for the big game tonight? I hope Dallas is shaking in their boots! 
If you are craving a different dessert, try the PB cup (it's so good that many of us continue eating it in Phase 2!) or the ziploc ice cream. I find that cottage cheese with cinnamon, splenda, and a serving of ground flaxseeds is really yummy, as is yogurt with SF syrup and flaxseeds.
Not really, but I personally hate eggs and have never willingly eaten them.
So I started a thread on Breakfast Alternatives to Eggs since it seems like most people get tired of them after a while and I had lots of ideas! Tons of Beachies added their ideas and now the thread is a wealth of great info and recipes. Enjoy!
