Hello all! I just wrote my first post in the challege section. I am starting a challege to lose 5 pounds a month. I know that is not a whole lot, but when I surpass that, it will be a great motivator for me. When I am at a stall, it will be okay, because the weight loss will balance out. 5 pounds a month = 60 pounds a year.
I have been lurking here for the past 5 years. I am still nursing my 11 month old. Hope to wean her very very soon. Hopefully this will make loosing weight easier.
Anyway, I am ready to take control of my weight, instead of my weight controlling me.
