Unhappy I 'm new here too

Hi,
I just joined today. I weigh 176 pounds and need to lose atleast 3o pounds in six months! I will start my diet from today and will also start using billy banks tae bo (it looks awfully hard). I have lost my pregnancy weight before a few times as well but now it seems to get harder and slower , therefore I get frustrated and tend to give up. Any advice?

Welcome! Yes Billy Blanks tea bo is a tough workout but well worth the effort - I think the majority of my 12 inches lost is from his workout. Godd luck and keep posting.

You can do it!! I remember starting LA Weightloss and thinking 50 pounds???? I cant lose 50 pounds!! There is no way....well, I have lost 24 pounds since Aug. I have to keep telling myself that the small accomplishments really are BIG accomplishments!!
