Default Mixing up the Points

Does anyone mix up their daily points?? I read a post somewhere long ago where this gal had 20 one day then had 35 the next and so on. I'd appreciate it....want to pass it on to a friend at work.

I think you're talking about what they call the Wendie Plan. There's a big sticky about it in the Weight Watchers Forum

The Wendies Plan works great, but I suggest doing the points as is for a couple of months until you hit a flat spot

Just so you know, I have been successful using points as planned, but using allotted flex points at one meal (as opposed to spreading it out). It really does seem to jumpstart my metabolism and tricks my body into thinking it needs to get into burning mode.

Actually Wendie's plan is no different than the points if you don't use the same number of points all the time. She came up with the idea/concept of Flex before W/W did.

Katmeow,
Do you mean that you would use all 35 of your weekly points at one meal each week? Thanks!

Yes if you so choose you could use all your daily points and all the weekly points on 1 day plus any activity points you earned that day. The rest of the week you'd be limited to daily and any activity points you earned on that day.

When I originally joined WW several years ago, I started the Wendie plan in month 2. I was the only person in our work group that consistently lost weight every week. You still have to keep up with your points very carefully to keep the weekly total from going over, but I never hit a plateau and lost 25 lbs. I will say though, that even on the high point days I still tried to make good food choices. And it helps to make those high point days high activity days too.
