I made individual sugar free pumpkin pies. I had one on Thursday and one yesterday ... I left the rest at my sisters house so I wouldn't eat any more. Now lets get my real problem the ice cream I had on Wednesday, and twice on Thursday (luckily that was also at my sisters house too and I'm not there anymore.)
I had one piece of my chocolate caramel silk pie. It was 100% cholesterol-free, vegan, organic and deliciously worth every one of the less than 400 calories.
Proud to say- 1 slice!
I had my one slice on the evening of Thanksgiving (pumpkin turtle pie... omg, it was SO good) and I haven't had any since.. now it's gone, by other people. Woot!
none. I can't believe it myself, but I stayed away from sweets on Thanksgiving, except the sweet potatoes, at which I had one serving for lunch and one for supper.
I had no pie! Ha! My inner demons did not get me this turkey day! I wouldn't even allow it to come into my house as leftovers! I even baked a cheesecake and didn't try it - heard it was fabulous though!
I did stay away from the pecan pie, but I had one piece of pumpkin and one piece of peach pie on Thanksgiving and then some jello cake with fat free whipped topping on Saturday. So overall not too bad.
Wow..You guys all did great. I had 2 peices of apple with ice cream on THanksgiving. Then 2 more the following day when I went to visit my parents. I have done bad with my diet for 4 days now (since Thanksgiving). I actually am excited to go back to work tomorrow and getmy diet back on track.
I had one and a half a slices of maple pecan (my recipe) and half a slice of my aunts "diet" pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. That's it! I went light on the other food though and we went for a long walk after dinner, so I'm not too worried about it.
