tomorrow's the day
hi all,
i've been around the boards before, tried south beach and 3FC was a great resource. unfortunately, south beach was not quite right for me, and so i gave up.
now i'm looking to meld the south beach ideas into more of a calorie counting lifestyle (lots of veggies and protein, not so much with the processed carbs). today is the day before the change begins, so i'm on my way to mcdonalds.
just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, i'll have to take a look at my stats and everything when i get a chance. i am so excited to shed the weight and i look forward to getting to know you all!!
