Thumbs up My strategy for not overeating!
Tonight will be a little tough, since I'm alone in the house. This is what I did for inspiration to refrain from overeating...after all, summer will be here in no time!

Unfortunately, I went over to my sister's house and with no bikini on the cupboards or fridge, I went nuts

Tonight, I'm going for a girls' night at another sister's house. It's going to be great...even food wise!

I did the same thing yesterday! I hung up my bikini in the hallway before my kitchen and my "skinny pants" literally on the fridge!!
