Default Just wanted to say hi!
How is everyone?

Yesterday I weighed myself and lost a half pound from the day before. I call it a sneak peek.

Anyways, 22 weeks and one day after seeing that I had gained 50 lbs. back from last year and restarted back on my Journey, I lost 50 lbs. I have lost all the weight I regained and I couldn't be happier!

Just wanted to say hi and that I did NOT quit. I have stayed the course and I just had to figure out what works and what does not.

I hope everyone has a very successful Journey to goal. I have 85 lbs. to go. I am aiming for my 50th birthday which will be Jan. 22,2009 for goal. This b'day will be like the starting gate lol so I figure whatever I lose until then will be the boost I need for that year. I joined a gym and I am going to get onto a more active work out Program but wanted to lose some extra pounds so I can do a better jon with treadmill, step class, that sort of thing.
