Instantaneous motivation
I was at the gym the other night with my husband. I was on the eliptical, doing my thing, and all of a sudden a SWARM of beautiful, skinny cheerleaders poured out of one of the studio rooms. I saw my husband watching them, and it made angry... and in turn made me work out harder. They all got drinks, and then went back into the studio. I worked out like a fiend for a while, then started to relax... and then they all came out for drinks again, and I picked up the pace. When you are at the gym, do you ever experience these mtoviational rages that cause you to exercise like a maniac? Or am I just crazy?? I told my husband at the end of the workout "thank God for skinny cheerleaders... because of them, I burned over 600 calories tonight, lol"
