Hello everyone, my name is Betsy. I was referred from the South Beach site to here. I am on day 6 of Phase 1 and hating every minute of it. However, I snuck a peak on the scale and it is working, I must say. I will be glad to get to Phase 2 when it is not quite as restrictive. I need all the support I can possibly get as I NEVER stick to any healthy eating plan. I really want this to be my time, so any advice and help is welcome. Hope you all are having a great weekend.(my hardest time to stay on task, by the way !)

Hey, thanks for answering.....you are the only one who did. I like this sight and all the posts. I don't quite know how to maneuver it all. I was hoping more people would introduce themselves !! I will just have to look around and see where I belong. I was thinking of canceling SBD website and just stick with this one. Have not decided yet. I had a bad night last night. I sucked down many beers. I will say though, I stayed on food plan which I usually don't when I have a few drinks. Back on track today. Hope you are having a good weekend.

I think once you learn your way around the forums you'll like this setup better than the other place. I do, but I've used this format for years and years at another site that I visit.
Did you notice that looking at the main page there is a section just for SB dieters? But everyone is so nice here, I'm posting all over the place
