Talking YES! ::does a dance::

I felt like shouting this for the world to hear. I already posted it in the NSV thread...but I want to keep talking about it!

I don't know if anyone else does this too, but when I wear clothes [especially shirts] that I bought when I was about a size smaller, I tend to stretch out the belly area a bit by pulling with my hands. This way, my belly flab isn't so evident.

I have this black form fitting shirt, very simple, soft and v-neck, that I absolutely love. Thing is, it's a tiny bit shiny and therefore showed off the flabby roll nicely. So I usually stretch it just a little.....BUT....

I didn't have to stretch it this morning!!!

I know I'm losing weight because I just washed it two nights ago and dried it in the dryer so it shrunk to its original size, and it fit perfect! HA!

It's the little things in life....I've been dancing around all day long

Well Done to you!

I do the stretch thingy with my shirts, I sit on the sofa with them and stretch them over my knees so they get baggy! Not doing it quite so much these days though!

Thumbs up

ahh yes the stretch. I actually do it to the arms of certain shirts too What a fabulous feeling it must be not to do that. Congratulations, althepirate!

I'm a shirt stretcher as well, or if it is a button down shirt there is always a tank top underneath. This weekend I actually put on one my button down shirts and it buttoned and was lose. NO tank top!!

Definately a shirt stretcher. Learned it when I was 9 and my 350+ cousins showed me. I'm definately not trying to do it anymore. And typically, I don't need to now.

I do that all the time with my "nicer" shirts. I usually wear loose t-shirts, though, so I don't need to do it that often. It's fabulous that you don't have to now! Great work!

I have to join the club as well...although I usually stretch it, still don't feel right, and take it off. I wear a lot of really oversized shirts and need to stop that, it only makes me look bigger.

Congrats on no longer having to stretch

Okay....so I really thought I was the only person in the world who did that. No seriously, I did [I can just see you guys start laughing now]. I don't feel so bad anymore lol.

And I have a confession....I still have to do it to about 3 of my shirts....as compared with about 15 a couple weeks ago. So great.

Today, a bunch of co-workers all suddenly noticed I got skinnier. All that attention was great

Great job and I have a confession -- I have to lay down on my bed to button some of my pants -- I will be happy when I can stop doing that!!!!
