I have been on a week ling binge...just fell off the wagon big time.
It ends immediately, not looking back. Thanksgiving is coming and I want to be able to eat off plan for one day then, but as of this very moment, it is on plan, all the way!!! Wish me luck.
It IS hard, but you've already proven that you can do it. 32 pounds lost PROVES without a doubt that you are capable of doing this, and have already been doing it.
One week isn't going to completely break your cycle. It might slow it, sure, but you can easily get that back. Think about all the times we've eating poorly in the past; is a week really going to end it all?
You've already done so well, and I hate to see you struggling. Good luck getting back on the wagon!
You can and you will do this and it'll be easier the more you come here for support and motivation... You are a brilliant woman capable of anything you put your mind to! Remember, you are worth the effort and the effort is worth the healthy life you gain through it.
No looking back... What's done is done and we march on!

I've decided to look on a binge as -- there, I've now eaten everything I could possibly have a craving for -- good, bad and ugly -- I'm sick of it and ready to get back on track. I see the holidays coming up like a dark tunnel ready to suck all my progress -- that's what I'm trying to get over now
Mug, I feel your pain completely, except I just had one day of binging...today!! It's what sent me back to this site after almost a year of thinking I can do it all on my own, I don't need support! Well, I managed to maintain my 30 lbs. lost for most of that year, but it started to creep back up and so here I am again, this time knowing I need the help and support from these boards.
WE CAN DO THIS!!!! I have been working through my issues of why I binge but have not been able to stop it completely yet. Stress hits and BAM I go to food. BUT hang in there, it is possible for us.
