Hi -I am new (again) It has been so long since I posted I may as well start over again.

I am happy to say that I started at 300 lbs.and have managed to stay at 268 since Aug 07. I picked up a copy of Womens Wolrd and found a diet "Lose 28 pounds by Thanksgiving" So I thought, what the hay,I have been on so many and gone off broken and dismayed.Well,I stepped on the scale today,Day 7 "262.5"

do a Happy Dance.I can truly say this is the first diet with that kind of results and being Hyper-Thyroid.What a Blessing.I can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow.I am Happy to be back and will post as often as possible.Have A Great Day
