Well...it has been one month exactly since I have started on my new and permanent lifestyle change. Below are my starting measurements and current measurements as of this morning.

10/1/07 - 238.6
Arms - 16 1/2"
Bust - 46"
Waist - 45 1/2"
Hips - 57"
Thigh - 29"

11/1/07 - 223.8
A - 15"
B - 42"
W - 44
H - 54 1/2"
Th - 27 1/2"


I have lost 14.8 lbs and 11 inches total. Of course I lost the most in my bust...go figure.

Look at all those inches dissapear!! Wow great job! I think I must be the only one to have actually gained an inch in the boobs since I started my journey, very strange and not helpful, I was hoping they would shrink a little, maybe they will shrink further down the line!!

Congrats! When I first started losing, it all came off my hips, then I mysteriously stopped losing from there and couldn't figure out where the fat was going... until I grabbed a measuring tape and measured my bust! Keep up the good work!
