I have chose to go with Atkins diet plan as I have done it in the past and it worked wonders. Unfortunatley, I did not stick with it and actually let myself go completely due to some very personal things that have happened over the past year(I gained 30 pounds). So anyways, I started the induction phase 3 days ago. I will be adding walking into the mix as well as resistence training with bands for toning.
The features that really drew me in where the community support, tons of diet info, fitness info, product analysis, and the diet blog which I also plan to take full advantage of. I think the blog is a great way for me to make a commitment to document my success and failures.
