Smile New to site

Hello I am new to this sight and am hoping I can get some support that I so despartely need!
I am 33 almost 34 and have 4 kids at home along with a DH.My current wight right now is 190 and I am 5'7". I would really like to lose about 40 lbs. At one time I did lose weight before about 4 years ago but I just can't seem to get back in the habit again of exersising and eating healthy. It just seeems that now I never have time and am always so tired! I work as a waitress and work 6 days a week, I just never seem to have the time. I work at 6 in the morning and usually don't get home until 3 or 4. Then I help the kids with school work and fix supper and am just seem to never have the energy to do anything extra. I don a lot of walking etc. at work but everyone tells me that just dosn't count as exersise.

I know I have just been making excuses and I really just need to start eating better, I mean I know eating candy at night is not a good thing.
Any help from anyone would be great! thanks!
Brandie
