Cool From flab to sag

I have noticed that after losing 61pds and two caesareans its all hangin loose if you know what i mean. trying to get back in shape is quite the mission

Welcome, and wow, congratulations on the 61 pounds gone -- that's really impressive! You must be feeling great!

I hear ya on the C-sections -- I had two myself. Yep, those and the weight loss can certainly leave things kind of saggy. Some people notice things improving after a bit, though.

Thank you! And how do I stay so focused? I really don't like the alternative!! Seriously, it's the memories of being obese and never wanting to go back there that keep me on track. The choice is mine every day: being obese or LIVING in a fit, healthy body.

How about you? You must be focused to have lost so much weight! What are your tricks and tips?

well not really its taken me two years. Started on Jenny craig that was great for 8 months then the food got boring. Im sort of on a flat at the mo so need to get back on track I was 220pds and the ultimate goal is 132 ish pds I like that thought of your "reflecting on the what was and what will never again be"
