Default Swim Suit Recs

I'm planning to start swimming and aqua-cizing again, now that the pool by my house has come off strike. Problem is... my old swim suit doesn't fit!!

I'm on the quest now to find a GOOD quality bathing suit that will be good for doing laps, going to aquafit classes, those sorts of things.

I wear about a 14-16 in street clothes, which would be easy enough to fit ... but I have 38G boobs. All the suits I've found so far have only gone up to a D cup!!

So - any suggestions, 3FCers?

Edited to add: I live in Canada, so I'd ideally like rec's for companies available in Canada, or with decent shipping costs.

Thumbs up For Us Big Boobed Gals

Well, I wear a size 26W with 48F bust so I understand trying to find something that will support you in the water aerobics.

I bought a really nice swimsuit by Delta Burke specifically to use for water aerobics a few years back. At the time, JCPenney sold it but I think if you did a search on the internet under Delta Burke's name you might come up with something.

It cost me $80 but what I liked about it was that it was a higher neckline so there was no cleavage, it had a "cross strap" in the back for upper back and more bust support so my "girls" stayed put when I was being active in the water. It was also quite flattering. It was worth every penny/dollar I spent on it.

Good luck and you will love water aerobics. I would love to do that again. It was so much fun and you really do get a very good work out.

pamgata - Thanks for the suggestion, that does sound like a good suit. I'll see if I can find anyone in Canada who carries them so I can check it out! It can be such a struggle to reign in the "girls", eh?
