it's the 2 year anniversary of when my husband and i started dating so were going out to the olive garden.. i want to be able to live a little bit, so here goes:

Breakfast before church:
all bran/ soy milk ( 80 calories) around noon
Lunch:
slimfast (190) around 2 or 3
Dinner :
salad with Low fat italian dressing( 150 max)
eggplant parmigiana with broccoli instad of pasta ~500)
1 breadstick (200, yes, that is correct, i work there...)
tort de chocolate: (~200 )

that puts me around 1300-1400, perfect, since it's my day where i give myself a little room...

this will not be like last saturday with the pizza fiasco. i -still- havent lost all the weight from that...im still like 4 tenths of a pound from my last saturday morning weight. think i learned my lesson there...
