Me: 178, same as last week. Would have preferred a loss, of course, but good not to have to report a 3 week gaining trend. I feel that I'm still eating too much at night. It simply has been my habit for so long that it's hard to change. But I did do better this week than last. Next week I only work 3 days, so hopefully things won't get too bad then. My pants feel too tight!
Starting Weight: 166.5
Current Weight: 160.5
Weight lost: 6 lbs
I have been dieting for a little over 3 1/2 weeks so far, using the slim fast diet and exercise. I am happy. Good luck everyone! It's a tough battle, but we can all win!
well i only joined back a couple of days ago, but im hapy i had a 1lb loss today yay....small steps to victory, probs wont chane my ticker for a while yet.
Today is my first official weigh-in since "starting over" for real this week..
3 lbs gone, making me 195.
I have been eating healthier and exercising every day.. I feel like i've lost more than that but i didn't take measurements when I started (I am today, though so that I will have that info next friday.)
I've gone to the gym almost every day - my legs feel less "soft" and my clothes are fitting better, so that's enough motivation for me to keep going.
I am proud to FINALLY announce a loss. I dropped 2 pounds this week after not dropping anything for about a month. I am down to 141!!!! I am so excited and feel like i am back on the path of loss!! It's so great to be a loser again!!! lol.
Congrats Everybody! Me..156..same...though I think yesterday was the culprit...had a really bad one food wise and at this weight I think my body just really wants to stay here... Exercise has been really good all week though and food had been really good up until yesterday. It's over, moving on, back on track... Hitting the gym here in a bit... Also, I have only stepped on the scale 3 times this week! Breaking a sometimes twice a day scale addiction!!! Woo Hoo! I am working towards once or twice a week...I have to remain accountable but also have to give myself some space...
Lumi: congrats on your loss, I know that you've been struggling with that.
Congrats to everyone else, too...seems like everyone is doing pretty good. I am doing well, it's been a long haul, but I finally feel like I got into a groove and am doing the right things. I am down 2 lbs from last week.
