First week of really watching what I ate and I was suprised when I weighed myself this morning. Weighed myself at the same time as I did last Monday I lost 7.2 lbs. Wouldn't it be nice if for the next few weeks I could have the same weight loss but I know the first one or two weeks will usually be the greatest loss due to water weight. That 7.2 lbs lost was with NO extra exercise, I have a two story house so up and down the stairs all day chasing 3 kids and a dog, cleaning and doing laundry made me really tired but this week I'm GOING not going to TRY ...I AM GOING to add exercise even if it's 5 or 10 minutes at a time!
