Well I won't lie I am a 19 year old girl- I ACTUALLY started out.. my top weight at 18 years old was a little over 180 pounds (I don't even know for sure I was stressing over it too much then and it never helped!) Once I got into college I lost weight WITHOUT trying I lost 10 pounds the first semester.. then I lost another 10.. and I am quite happy with the way I have been progressing.
I haven't changed anything, and still think I look chunky, but it all comes with time, and I know at my age I should be less than I am.. I was always active, I was in Cross country running about 3 miles a day 5 days a week, I weight lifted 3 days a week but never lost any weight that way. Nor did I look any better (muscle mass) Suddenly I look better and feel better and I weighed myself this morning just for this site.. and VOILA! WHO would have thought I weigh almost 140!!!!??!
I am very excited to be here, and hope to get some ideas to lose the last bit of fat I cannot seem to get rid of. I am doing this more for my health.. and to be HONEST.. the WEIGHT loss is no longer my biggest concern I would rather look better than lose 20 pounds- if you know what I mean!
