This is the first place i came to knowing that im starting weight training now
I did chest last night but i totally forgot what my husband taught me years ago so my ? is is there a Book or web site that shows you HOW to lift the motion etc and yes i've spent all morning reading your post here, i do all free weights with the exception of legs and the pully's for arms but i dont remember what to do i just remember doing them
