Unhappy Looking for Support

Hello,

I am looking for support from people that are also in the 300's. I have 15 pounds to lose until I reach 300. I am hoping to reach that by X-Mas time. Any information would be great. I look forward to talking to people my size.

Hi Jessie,

Welcome to the 300+ Club!

This forum is made up of so many supportive people who literally have walked in the same shoes you have. Read any and all thread as they are all informative, but check out the Weekly threads as that is where most of the action is.

Jessie - Welcome!!! As the others have said, please join us over on the main thread. I find it definitely helps so much to have others to talk to who understand what it is like to have so much to lose.

Do you know where you are starting with both a food plan and with exercise? Changing a few small things to start is a great way to get going – like cutting out sweet drinks and fast food for example.

I have started again too. 3 yrs ago I was about 450 lbs (my dr's scale only went to 440lbs so we're not really sure what I was). As of this am at work I was 326lbs. I would like to be under 300 by the time of my next visit with the onocologist in Dec.
My biggest problem is that I am a stress/emotional eater. I hit 200lbs by the time I was 12. So hopefully I will be able to join you on this road to weightloss.
