Default Great food combo...Amy's soup and sweet potato
Just a quick meal idea for folks...

I'd done a sweet potato and soup for lunch quite a bit in the past, but this particular soup made a great combo.

Amy's Organic Soups - Fire Roasted Southwestern Vegetable

I microwaved the sweet potato, and added the soup to each spoonful of sweet potato.

Just had to share...YUM!
