Hey Christine!
Plateau's are not fun. There are lots of ideas here for breaking through that plateau barrier, but sometimes, our bodies just don't cooperate!
As we get smaller, our bodies require less fuel - its the basic physics of weight loss. So if you haven't done so already, you might try lowering your calories somewhat, or upping your exercise, just to give a little extra burn.
Your body may have adjusted to the exercise you do...have you tried mixing it up a little bit? If you're normally on an exercise bike, try an elliptical! If you primarily walk at home, maybe treat yourself to a kickboxing video to try a couple times a week. If you haven't already, add in some strength training to build up muscle and increase your metabolic burn.
Other folks have found that to break through a plateau, you really have to focus on eating whole foods. I'm not sure what your normal plan is, so I can't offer much food advice. Maybe if you posted a typical day, people could give you suggestions.
Ultimately, your body will break through it, but it can be frustrating to wait.
I'm glad you found us!

and keep posting!
